Paying method

For credit card payments

Credit card payment via Shopify Payments, an online payment system.

  • Credit cards accepted are VISA, JCB, MASTER and AMEX.
  • Your card details are managed by Shopify Payments. Please be assured that your card details are not passed on to us.
  • For security reasons, credit card receipts are not sent as a rule. Please check the statement sent by your credit card company.

    *Customers are responsible for any bank charges for transfers.

    Cash on delivery (Japan only)

    Please pay upon arrival of the goods. A separate fee is charged for each purchase amount.

    Delivery method

    For bank transfers, the goods will be dispatched within 7 working days after payment is confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as payment has been received, and a product dispatch email as soon as the product is ready to be dispatched.

     

    Shipping charges

    • Delivery is made by Sagawa Express.
    • Delivery, cash on delivery and bank transfer fees may be charged separately from the product price and are to be borne by the customer.
    • All product prices are shown inclusive of VAT.
    • Shipping: 990 yen (1,540 yen for Hokkaido and Okinawa)
    • If the total value of the products in an order is JPY 5,500 or more including tax, we will pay the shipping costs (except for deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa and isolated islands).

      Shipping to the isolated island areas of the various prefectures

      ・For shipping to isolated islands, a separate 'additional shipping fee' is required.

      ・Items requiring refrigeration cannot be shipped to isolated islands.
