◆Kongo Mountain spring water: Sake and tea are good because the water is excellent. It was loved by the locals as a famous water and was the source for making local specialities such as sake, tofu and konnyaku. We use high-quality spring water from Mount Kongo, which has nurtured this history.
◆Uji Matcha from Kyoto: a matcha taste with little bitterness or bitterness, which spreads quickly in the mouth. Uji matcha, loved by the tea saint Sen no Rikyu, is used.
