Junmai Ginjo, carefully brewed with 60% polished Aiyama rice from the special A district of Hyogo Prefecture. After a period of low-temperature maturation, the taste is both deep and refreshing, with the full-bodied flavour of Aizan filling the mouth while the aftertaste is smooth.

Excellent with lightly salted and seasoned Japanese dishes.
